He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Garcia and Carmen Hernandez Garcia; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Shrum, Karen Garcia and Pam Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Johnson (Darin), Sheri Parr (Jeff) and Robert Garcia; his grandchildren, Sarah Beth, Noah Albritton, Savannah, Jonathan Downey, Shay Johnson, Rhett, Katelin Parr and Carson Parr; and his siblings, Gloria Shrum, Alice Davis, Irene Partridge (Kenneth), Ray Garcia, Mary Turman (Gary), Yolanda Mcmillon (Bobby), Daniel Garcia, Janie Blain, Eugene Garcia, Joe Garcia, Roy Garcia, Stella Young (Billy) and Tony Garcia (Lashell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
