He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Green and Mattie Green; his wife Georgia Ann Kirby; and his brother Tommy Green. He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Gunter, Becky Phillips and Vicky Reynolds. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, who adored their "Papa".
