He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Junior and Lula Christine Smith Clark; and his siblings, Juanita Maxine Baxter, Charlotte Lynn Swartz, Weldon Leon Emory and William Mitchell Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Alana Morris; and his children, Phillip Lee (Jillian), Meagan Wilder (Jonathan) and Kayla Clark. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
