He was predeceased by: his parents, W. A. "Dub" Rhudy and Laura Harper Rhudy; and his grandparents, Clarence and Minnie Harper of Savoy. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McBride Rhudy; and his sisters, Sharon Moore (Brother Kenneth Rhudy) of Ector, Cathy (Brother Joe Rhudy) of Ector and Becky of Dodd City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bois D Arc Cowboy Church (3301 State Hwy 121, Bonham, TX 75418).
