He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Allen; his parents, Minnie May Dorsett and R. D. Allen; and his brothers, Bobby Allen and Donald Allen.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Melba Jones and Joanne Eaves; his nieces and nephews, Sherry Hall, Linda Murphy, Susan Allen, Jan Allen, Shelly Hendricks Tucker (Adam), Ryan Hendricks (Lisa) and Mark Allen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandy, Darrin Fulfer, Matthew Caldwell, Michael Shea, Sarah Shea, Abby Shea, Johnathon Hendricks, Jared Moore, Justin Moore and Zachary Hendricks. He is also survived by nephews, and numerous other family members and friends.
