She was predeceased by: her parents, A. D. Bond and Attie Belle Denim-Bond; her adoptive parents, R. D. Wade and Sybil Wade; and her brothers, Larry Wade, R. A. Wade and A. D. Bond (Buddy).
She is survived by: her husband Jerrall Smith (Jerry); her brother David Wade (Janice); her sisters-in-law, Pat Wade, Becky Weber and Debbie Smith; her children, Amy Smith-Wallace (Steven), Philip "Bryson" Smith and Wendy Smith; her grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Abigail Fleege (Collin) and Cannon Wallace; her siblings, Catherine and Bob Kays; and her great grandchild Violet Grace Fleege.
