He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelvin Leon Powell and Annie Farstean Hall Powell; and his siblings, Jimme Dale Powell, Earl Stanton Powell, Carolyn Sue Hopkins and Peggy Ann Cowan.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Hubbard of Borger; his daughters, Patti Lynn Ford (Marshall) of Enid and Amber Lea Hall (Tim) of Fritch; his grandchildren, Megan Jennings (Mark), Melodee Schneider (Austin), Brittan Burris (Braydn) and Asya Monden (Kenny); and his great grandchildren, Raylee, Breecy, Blakelee, Cooper, Koy, C'Jay, Laikyn and Teller Kay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to the Borger Opportunity Center, 930 Illinois, Borger, Texas, 79007.
