He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus D. Martinez and Maria E. Esquivel Martinez; and his cousin Daniel Esquivel. He is survived by: his brother Jesse Martinez (Becky) of Hereford; his nieces and nephews, James Martinez (Delia) of Hereford, Nicholas Martinez, Jasmine Martinez and Alyssa Martinez; and his cousins, Adrian Esquivel (Rebecca), Gilbert Esquivel (Eydie), Melissa Harris (David), David Esquivel (Brandilyn) and Damian Esquival (Josie).
