She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Reedy and Betty Joe Reedy; and her brother Roger Dale Reedy. She is survived by: her sisters, Juanita Whelchel (Kathy) and Jodena Dotson. She is also survived by 12 grandkids, 23 great grandchildren, and many other extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Church of the Nazarene (1106 Cleveland St, Borger, TX 79007). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Petersburg Cemetery.
Jonitta was a nurse for over 20 years and a charge nurse at the Craig Methodist Alzheimer's Unit for over 10 years.
