She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Matthews and Ruby Brown Matthews; her husband Rick Blevins; and her siblings, Barbara Martin, Birdie Norman, Helen Bowling, Danny and James Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Rickie Blevins (Misty) and Sabrina Davis; her grandchildren, Sierra Williams, Skylar Blevins, Stetson Blevins, Slade Blevins, Sadie Blevins, Brian Waugh, William Waugh and Trisha Waugh; and her siblings, Loretta Ross and Coy Matthews. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
