With sadness, we share the passing of Leonor Candanoza Castillo (Borger, Texas). Leonor, born on January 8, 1934, passed away on October 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodoro Candanoza and Zenida Rodriguez Candanoza; her husband Adolph P. Castillo, Sr.; her children, Margarito, Adolph Jr., Gilbert and Raquel; her grandson Feto; her great grandchild Daniel; and her siblings, Manuel, Teodoro, Isidoro, Julia, Lupe, Emma and Ofelia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Ford (Danny) of Borger and Lita Blassingame of Borger; her grandchildren, Tracy, Jill, Maggie, Jason, Jennifer, Carl, Desarae, Darrah, Eric, Ben, Zachary and Random; her great grandchildren, Isaac, Aaron, Alyssa, Baron, Maleah, Hope, Michael, Ariana, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ejay, Malachai, Evaney, Zavarie, Sophia, Katelyn, Zylie and Zayda; her great great grandchildren, Luka, Kash, Moses, Daniella and Ziggy; and her sister Lydia DeLeon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Park Cemetery (931 Sterling St, Borger, TX 79007).
In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to ExcelaCare Hospice.
