With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta June Colwick (Borger, Texas), who passed away on December 16, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Loretta departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Loretta. Though Loretta may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilman James Tice and Gladys Mildred Rich Tice; and her sister Barbara Ivy. She is survived by: her children, Julie Ann Head of Daingerfield, Betty Ann Head (Michael Williams) of Amarillo and Lonnie Bob Head (Elizabeth Garza) of Amarillo; and her sisters, Linda Whitt of Panhandle and Nora Suttle (Dale) of Hedley. She is also survived by ten grandkids; twelve great grandkids.
