She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur McAtee and Grace Thomas McAtee; her husband Bill R. Thomas; and her sisters, Katherine Wheeler, Betty Cross and Alice Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Thomas (Shari) of Greeley, Sherman Thomas (Susan) of Caddo Mills, William Thomas (Helen) of Borger, Marilyn Clawson (Kendall) of Borger and Barbara Mitchell (Richard) of Borger; and her sister Delores Cox of Okemah, Oklahoma. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (602 N McGee St, Borger, TX 79007).
In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to Missions at Calvary Baptist Church, P.O Box 1026, Borger, Texas 79008.
