He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth D. Stephens and Susan Boyd Stephens Lyles; his brother Kenny; his nephew Tanner Stephens; his grandparents, Mary Dugger, William Boyd, Marion Skinner and Loyd Raymond Stephens; his siblings, Kenneth Stephens Jr., Loyd Raymond Stephens (Kelly) and Sherry Dunn (Mark); his stepsiblings, Christy Gholson Graham, Tommy Gholson, Teresa Sugar (Ed), Heather Sibal and Cathy Hellesto (Brian); and his caregivers, Candess, Jeri, Chaplain John, Karla and Billy.
