He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lee and Gerthie Elizabeth Frantom; his wife Johnette Gay Hibbard; and his sons, John Lane Frantom and Billy Thomas Frantom Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Renee'Love (David) of Bowie and Joe Frantom of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Jason Love (Katie) of Bowie, Elizabeth Wyss (Scott) of Granbury, Chris Frantom of Nocona, Levi Frantom (Ashley) of Decatur and Kevin Frantom (Macey) of Chico. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
