He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy Perez; and his grandparents, Don Skelton, Billye, Arlen Shook and Willie Clayton.
He is survived by: his father Craig Shook; his wife Lacey Shook; his children, Madison Jacobi (Nathan), Haiden Shackleford (Carter), Dani Shook (Grayson Eudy), Kori Shook, Kase Humpert and Londyn Humpert; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Augustine, Kam and Kate; his siblings, Brad Shook (Asami) and Ashley Fugett (Rusty); his grandmothers, Darlene Skelton and Kay Clayton; and his in-laws, Rosey, Sonny Scruggs, Lindsey Rhoades (Bryan) and Loren Rhoades (Graig). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cowboy Church (1784 Hwy 287 South, Henrietta, TX 76365).
