He is survived by: his wife Tedi (Dickerson); his children, Clyde David Jr., Jaime (Daniel Melton) and Mallory (Colton Broussard); his grandchildren, David Stirewalt, Taven Melton, Maevelyn Melton, Tesher Melton, Chazlyn Webb, Taelyn Webb, Trace Webb, Chloe Broussard and Cade Broussard; his great grandchild Bellamy Stirewalt; his siblings, Donald, Daniel Stirewalt, Gail Bailey and Cindy Bennett; and his sister-in-law Linda Stirewalt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
