He is survived by : his mother Carol Chapman of Piney Flats, TN; his stepmother Pam Sappington of Bowie, TX; his sister Tiffany Sappington of Beale, A. F. B; and his uncle Tom Sappington of Lake Nocona, TX. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
