He is survived by: his siblings, Barry W. Hoyer, Robert V. "Bobby" Hoyer and Rebecca D. "Becky" Hoyer-Diaferio; and his children, Ruben (Janice Contreras), Robert F. Hoyer and Irene L. Hoyer. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230).
