He is survived by: his wife Bertie Jean Lewis; his siblings, Mary Fay Reed of Bowie, TX, Deanna and David Mitchell of Hinton, OK; his sister-in-law Marilyn Lewis of Wichita Falls, TX; and his siblings' children, Rebecca, Bud Lane of Bowie, TX, Donald, Gayla Lewis of Electra, TX, Kelli and Richard Wooley of Lawton, OK. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
