He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mayo of Sunset, Texas; his children, Clay Mayo (Caralisa) of Woodville, Texas, Shanah Hendricks of Chicago, Illinois, Colt Mayo and Erica Parker of Ardmore, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Cason Mayo of Hubbard, Texas, Caylie Mayo of McCamey, Texas, Carlie Mayo of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Cougar Mayo of Woodville, Texas and Ember Caldwell of Ardmore, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Dennis Mayo (Linda) of Sadler, TX, Larry Mayo and Tressie Abbott.
