It is with sadness that the passing of Loye Inez Steen of Bowie, Texas is shared. Loye, born on March 4, 1933, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Loye will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartwell Newman and Eunice Newman; her husband Bill Steen; and her daughter Julie Parker. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Melissa Hay (Robert) and Morgan Soward (Dustin); her son-in-law Bill Parker of Bowie; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Spencer, Maddie, Molly, Xander and Rhett.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Medlin Cemetery in Trophy Club (1130 Trophy Club Dr, Trophy Club, TX 76262).
