She was predeceased by : her parents, John Worthy and Mary Bell Worthy (Paul Shepherd) of Richardson, TX.; and her siblings, Bud Worthy, Jimmy Mack Worthy and Pat Tawwater.

She is survived by : her husband Paul Shepherd; her son Scott Shepherd; her adoptive daughter Lisa Dunn (Donnie); and her family, Stephanie Grady, Korbin Grady, Evan and Amanda Biles. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, and brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
