She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewing LeRoy and Ruby LaRue Long (Archer); her husband L. G. Preuninger; and her brother J. L. Long. She is survived by: her sons, Lynn Preuninger (Lenesa) of Bowie and Michael Preuninger (Darla) of Saint Jo; and her grandsons, Larry Preuninger (Erica) of Bowie, Randall Preuninger of Bowie and Lance Preuninger (Kenya) of Canton, TX. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230).
In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, memorials can be made in honor of LaNelle to the First Baptist Church of Bowie Building Fund at 306 Cooper St. Bowie, TX 76230.
