He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard C. Rogers and Ruth Bernadine Mills (Rogers); and his aunt Arlene Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine "Tina" Seigler Rogers; his sons, Ricky (Melodee), Brad (Jill) and Chad; his grandchildren, Miles Rogers (Erin), Justin Rogers, McKensie Hood (Konner), Lauren Navejar (Gilbert), Sheridan Downey (Grayson), Jaxon Rogers (Kaysie), Luke Rogers and Kypher LaMar (Kendra); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Hays, Holt Hood, Nora, Gracie Rogers, Korbyn LaMar, Mason, London and Kaden Navejar; his sister Shirley Behnke (Bill); and his nibling Seigler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Methodist Church of Bowie Texas (1515 Jefferson St, Bowie, TX 76230).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's name to the American Cancer Society, the PKD Foundation (Polycystic Kidney Disease), or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
