He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Suggs and Ashley Suggs; his siblings, Eli and Addison; his grandparents, Paul, Sharla Herrin, Robert and Rebecca Ellis; his great-grandparent Wanda Burton; and his aunts and uncles, Josh, Roxie Herrin, Rachel Ellis, Tadd and Darci Ellis. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested for the Joseph Thomas Foundation, an organization that directly benefitted Jacob during his life.
