In the vast expanse of eternity, Linda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Linda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Warren Austin and Arlene Ruby Stogner (Ferrell); her daughters, Deana Starnes of Garland and Kelly Michelle Schurman of Fort Worth; and her siblings, Paula Carman, Sandra Stogner and Larry Stogner.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home (100 S Ewing St, Boyd, TX 76023).
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Carter Foundation.
