He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Neely; his daughter Debra Richardson (Robert) of Boerne; his grandchildren, Jake Richardson, Payton Scarborough and Keaton Scarborough (Michelle); and his siblings, Dwayne Scarborough and Bobbie Jean Clark.
