She was predeceased by: her parents, Audy Calvin Snodgrass and Edna Bernicce Snodgrass (Chance); her husband Joe Whitfield Smith; and her daughter Gayle Hodges. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Dale Smith (Kay) of Roscoe and Roy Smith (Teresa) of Brady, Texas; her sister Brenda Ziriax (Pastor Don) of Brady, Texas; her sister-in-law Susan Snodgrass of Cuero, Texas; her grandchildren, Bobby Smith, Sandra Montgomery, Stacey Vogelpohl (Jeff), Cindy Plaia (Justin) and T. J. Hodges (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Collin, Hunter, Tanner, Kara, Kolby, Colter, Grace, Jacob and Lily-Ann. She is also survived by 6 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
