He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Gray Locklear and Margaret Locklear (Clark). He is survived by : his wife Connie; his children, Ronnie Locklear (Audrey) of Stephenville and Lesa Feldhousen (Lance) of College Station; his grandchildren, Layne Feldhousen, Logen Feldhousen and James Grey Locklear; and his sister Susan Neal of Brady.
