He was predeceased by: his parents, Librada Garza and Marcos Garza, Sr.; his son Curtis Garza; and his siblings, Charlie Garza and Celia Garza-Camarillo.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Garza (Stacy) of West Columbia and Luanna Diemert (Jeremiah) of Lockport; his siblings, San Angelo Garza (Fina) of Dallas, Lorenzo Garza (Sue) of Hutto, Leroy Garza (Christina) of Mesquite and Rose Chastain (Jack) of Goldthwaite; his cousin Collis Arey, Jr. of Pflugerville; and his former wife Joyce Lynn Garza of Clute. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
