He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Heady and Dorothy Heady (Hale). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Heady of Brady, Texas; his son Rusty Heady (Tasha) of Artesia; and his stepdaughters, Becca Hendrix (Todd) of Artesia, Norma Stoffer of Bangs and Amanda Williams (Johnny) of Brady, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
