He was predeceased by : his parents, Jackie Blair, Sr. and Mary Evelyn Blair (Williams); and his daughter Debra Dawn Blair. He is survived by : his children, Tommy Blair, Jr. of Brady, Skylar Blair of Hamilton, Texas and Angel Blair of Eastland, Texas; his sisters, Nichole Roque, Ashlie Minchey and Lauren Davee; and his grandchildren, Tatum, Silas, Chevelle, Jaxston, Jaylyn, Judson and Jaydon.
