She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Isaac and Laura Augusta Lepard; and her husband Lewain Fields. She is survived by: her children, Michele Fields of Spring, Donna Stephenson (Matt) of Ganado and Michael Fields (Maggie Drake) of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Brian Fields, Andrew Fields, Kelsey Chapman and Erik Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Kaylee and Leo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
