It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joyce Moore of Brazoria, Texas, born in Huntsville, Texas, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Welsh and James "Simp" Welsh; her brother Doyle Welsh; and her daughter Elizabeth "Liz" Moore. She is survived by: her children, Eugene Moore (Tina) of Lake Jackson, Tammie Prihoda (Greg) of Brazoria and Shannon Pounders of Brazoria; her brothers, James Welsh, Billy Welsh (Diana) and Ray Welsh (Theresa); and her close friends, Leslee Ewald, DLynn Emerson and Patricia Martell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
