She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bacak and Arena Bacak; her husband Albert Weaver; and her siblings, Judith Rogers-Parker and J. C. Bacak.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Lynn Weaver (Tammy) of Brazoria, David Earl Weaver of Alvin, James Mathew Weaver (Diana) of Houston and Medina Marie Taylor (Christopher) of Sweeny; her sister Margaret Wilke of Brazoria; and her close friends, Carmen Colquitt, Paula Edwards and Lupe Martinez. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
