It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Rivera of Brazoria, Texas, born in La Feria, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Rivera and Anita Rivera; his parents-in-law, Bob and Dora Brady; and his siblings, Arturo Rivera and Beatriz Rivera.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Blane and Lana; his wife Anna; his daughters, Rayna (Josh Roach), Mikayla Joe Rivera and Pepe; his siblings, Eulogio Rivera (Mina), Juan Rivera (Norma), Eduardo Rivera (Rosario), Guadalupe Hoelscher (David), Maria Elena Mireles (Joe), Rosemary Grubbs (Tracy), Dolores Henderson (Tommy), Sally Howell (Willie), Armando Rivera and Javier Rivera (Heather); and his brothers-in-law, Josh Roach, Ron Reed, Mike Cole, Lester Livanec, Gary Williams and Wes James. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family is concerned about everyone's health and safety, therefore everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
