He was predeceased by : his parents, Neil Laughlin and Margaret Laughlin; his stepmother Hazel; his daughters, Tiffany and Stephanie; his sister Connie; his brother-in-law John David; and his niece Rebecca Ann.
He is survived by : his fiancée Norma Douget; his daughters, Taylar, Taryn and Brandy; and his sisters, Donna and Jan (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Calvary Baptist Church or Cedar Lane Baptist Church Building Fund.
