He is survived by : his wife Lynda Truitt; his sister Mary Bob Hockett; and his children, Joe Truitt (Belinda Truitt), Lonnie Truitt (DeDe Truitt), Karen Truitt (Ricky Weilnau), Cheryl Grimes, Heather Gee, Jamie Bozeman (Chris Bozeman) and Jennifer Hardwick (Chad Hardwick). He is also survived by 17 grandkids.
