She is survived by: her sons, Harry Polk Jr. (Kristie) and Clint Polk (Stacy); and her grandsons, McKenzie Polk (Liz), Clint Polk Jr. and Nicholas Polk. She is also survived by several Nieces and a nephew, as well as great Nieces and nephews.
