We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2025, at the age of 54, Samuel Dennis Cribbs Jr. of Brazoria, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Samuel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Sam Cribbs Sr.; and his father-in-law N. D. Brast. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his mother Ann Cribbs; his daughter Chasity Cribbs; his grandson Oliver; and his siblings, Rusty Cribbs (Angel) and Amy Miedke (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church (5610 Demel St, Wallis, TX 77485). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church (5518 Demel St, Wallis, TX 77483). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery (9421 FM 1952, Wallis, TX 77485).
In lieu of flowers, donations may also be made in Sam's name to the PTSD Foundation of America – Camp Hope at 9724 Derrington Road, Houston TX 77064.
