With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Lou Smith of Brazoria, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Thomas Smith; and her parents, Hadley Jinks and Ora Jinks. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Champagne (Anita) of Brazoria, Texas, Mary Elizabeth Champagne of Brazoria, Texas and Jacob Smith of Las Vegas, Nevada; her stepdaughters, Laurie Smith Groth (Michael) of Angleton and Dena Smith Ford (Will) of Sanger, Texas; and her brother Hadley Jinks (Patsy) of Shepherd, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 13 greatgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, as well as many extended family.
