He was predeceased by: his father Robert Congdon Sr. (Bob); Eva Congdon (Lacroix). He is survived by: his wife Candi Johnston; his children, Joe (Terry), Tommy and Mandi; his siblings, Linda Stapper and Robert Jr.; his mother Margaret; his cousins, Tommy M, Denton, Weldon and Josh; Cara Brochu, Raymond, Christopher and Rachel Congdon. He is also survived by his many Nieces and Nephews.
