He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen G. Vincent and Ruby Vincent. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Land, Nancy Carey, Linda Burton, Patti Sloan and Ernest W Vincent Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Soxie's honor to Meals on Wheels & Senior Citizen Meals and left at Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.
