He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Copeland and Toad Copeland; and his wife Lyn Copeland. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Wade; his son-in-law Jim Wade; his granddaughter Emmy Wade of Saginaw, TX.; his sister Sherry Copeland Duggan of Breckenridge; and his girlfriend Denise Holson of Breckenridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Mike can be made to the Breckenridge Library and the VFW Post 7767 in Breckenridge and can be left at Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.
