With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Gene Goodson (Bremond, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 81. As Paul departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Paul. Though Paul may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Adams and C. J.; and his brother Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Shaw Goodson; his daughter Connie Robertson (Gordon Robertson); his granddaughter Victoria (Matthew Killingsworth); his grandson-in-law Calvin Harvey (Natasha); and his great grandchildren, Maxim and Sophie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bremond Memorial Funeral Home (201 S Commerce St, Bremond, TX 76629). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (715 N Main St, Bremond, TX 76629). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
