We bid farewell to Audie Rychlik of Brenham, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 5, 2026 at the age of 90. Audie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Hawkins and Evelyn Hawkins (Nelson); and her husband Louis Rychlik. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Surmiller (Steve) of Willis, Richard Rychlik of Brenham and Karen Rychlik of Chicago, IL; her sister-in-law Loretta Rychlik of Rosenberg; her grandchildren, Jason, Vanesa Surmiller, Amber, Tim McNamara, Richard, Jr., Leigha Rychlik, Phillip and Valeria Rychlik; and her great grandchildren, Stephen Louis Surmiller and Amelia Isabel Surmiller. She is also survived by cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brenham.
