She is survived by: her close friend Lynwood Ullrich; her children, Melissa (Stephen Foerster), Lynwood Dale Ullrich and Paula Ullrich; her siblings, Frank Surovik (Darlene), Daniel Surovik, Marie Surovik and Theresa Ehlert (Mike); Susan Suggs (Michael), Katherine Wellmann (Vernon), Birdie Kristoff (James), Ernest Ullrich (Martha), Jacob Ullrich (June) and Tonetta Schlemmer (James). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
