He is survived by: his children, Brenda Prestwood (Kenny), Charles Rybarski Jr. (Terri), Linda Krolczyk (Johnnie Ray Sr.) and John Rybarski; his grandchildren, Crystal Duran (Luis), Johnnie Ray Krolcyzk Jr. "Bubba" (Ashley), Corey Prestwood (Lisa), Brittney Church (Sean), Kayla Rybarski and Keith Rybarski; his great grandchildren, Levi, Emma Duran, Conway Krolczyk, Stella Church, Cody and Hayli Prestwood; his great great grandchildren, Colesyn and Carter; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Rybarski, Julie, Gary Wendlendt, Karen and Bob Johnson; and his caregivers, Rose Cerda, Blanca Salinas, Ashley Salinas, Anita Urbina and Aurora Salinas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Luminos Hospice, or hospice of choice.
