He is survived by: his wife Rosi Whaley; his children, Steven Whaley (Alesia), Sybille Whaley of Bellville, Sirena Branton (Scotty Branton) of Brenham and Sabrina Whaley of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Brandon Whaley of Austin, Ashton Whaley of Chicago, Michael Branton (Lana Jo Branton) and Alexis Branton of Brenham; and his great grandchildren, Lillie Branton, Ace Branton and Karson Lopez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
